Your designated internal Administrator is able to assign individuals within your organisation with system permissions that allow staff to access specific information and perform a variety of tasks ranging from creating, editing and moderating units or courses, to viewing student reports, managing enrolments or operating as a master trainer. Permissions can be changed as often as required and individuals cannot perform tasks or access information that is outside their permission level.
Student tracking allows the Training Provider to monitor the progress, most recent login, assessment attempts, responses and results, course status, completion percentage and communications quickly and easily. Trainer tracking allows the Training Provider to update trainer profiles, view most recent login, monitor time taken to mark assessments and respond to student communications and generally manage the performance of trainers assigned to individual students, units or courses.
